"Hi Victoria, I just wanted to thank you for the absolutely beautiful and delicious cake. It was above par. Everyone agreed it was the loveliest lightest red velvet they had tasted.

The cake was beautiful! I use the word "was" especially because we don't have it anymore.
It was liked by everyone very much, and my boyfriend who was celebrating his birthday was very pleased with the subject and the performance.
A pleasant surprise was the raspberry layer in the red velvet cake.

"The profiteroles were amazing! People were saying it’s the best profiterole they've ever had and I agree.
They had a lovely texture/ little crunch to the outside of the pastry and inside so fresh and delicious!
A few people have requested this for their birthday - that’s when you know it’s a hit!"

Guests were amazed when I showed them and enjoyed the taste immensely! The cameras were flashing and lots of photos taken:-)

"The cake was delicious... I think the cake sizes and serving portions listed on the website are quite conservative.
We had 12 people and I think the smaller cake would have been sufficient."
