All our cupcakes, cakes, tarts and other pastries are handmade in our home-based kitchen. We do not use any industrial equipment. All the cakes and icing are made by us exclusively to order. All the decorations for the orders are hand-made by us too.

Our home-based bakery is registered with Walthamstow Council Trading standards and Food Safety team and complies with current standards.

Were possible, we use the best quality organic and Fairtrade ingredients like organic butter, free-range eggs, best quality vanilla extract and Fairtrade cacao and chocolate. Decorations are made using mostly natural and some artificial food colourings. All this does make the taste different, much better than mass-produced pastry.

Our cupcakes, cakes and other bakes are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. All the products may therefore contain traces of nuts.

Regular cup cakes are around 8cm x 8cm. The prices start from £2.00 each which includes icing and basic decoration. Minimum order is 12. Mini cup cakes are around 5cm x 5cm. The prices start from £1.00 each which again includes icing and basic decoration. Minimum order is 24. The price of the cakes varies depending on size, flavour and decoration. All sugar-based decorations are hand-made specifically for your order. The price depends on how complex a decoration is and how long it takes to craft it. The prices start from £0.20 per small flower.

The best way is to contact us is via e-mail with an idea of what you’d like, quantity, when you want to collect your order or where you want it to be delivered.  Please use the contact form on the contact page for this. You may send an SMS on 07950 970 990 to confirm your email has been received. After your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.

The earlier the better. Normally our preferred minimum is at least two or three days in advance. For weddings, Christmas, Christening parties and other large orders it is advisable to give us as much notice as possible. However, do contact us even if you have an urgent order – we might still accommodate it.

A minimum order is 12 regular cupcakes per flavour, 24 mini cupcakes per flavour, 1 cake.

You can pay by PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account. You provide your credit card details to PayPal so we do not know them. This method is very useful as we receive money straight away and can start working at our order immediately. You can also pay by direct cash deposit into our bank account, by regular bank transfer, or by sending a cheque if there is enough time. Naturally, you can pay cash in person.

There is a deposit of 50% payable for orders of more than 24 cupcakes or 2 cakes in order to secure the date. The remainder of the balance must be paid half way between the date of acceptance of your order and the date of delivery or collection, or two weeks before the date of delivery or collection, whichever is sooner. Smaller orders must be paid for immediately after acceptance of the order.

Normally the cupcakes, cakes and other bakes are delivered in white plain boxes which are included in the price. Should you have any special requirements for packaging please let us know when ordering. All cake boxes other than white incur a surcharge as well as all cupcake boxes other than plain white for 12 cupcakes.  Please browse a selection on our packaging page.

You are very welcome to make an appointment to discuss your order and taste our cupcakes. We make a charge of £12.00 for tasting which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Cupcakes as such are too fragile to post, and therefore need to be hand delivered. If you cannot or prefer not to collect your order we can hand deliver to most London addresses. Please let us know your location and postcode and your required delivery date and we will give you a quotation.

Yes you can. We discuss the delivery date when you place an order.

The cost of delivery varies depending on your location. You only pay for actual delivery costs. Another thing is the delivery cost is per address. It is perfectly possible to reduce the cost of delivery by combining two or more orders for one address – say, to share it with your neighbours, friends or colleagues.

Absolutely yes! You are welcome to collect your order from our kitchen based bakery in Walthamstow. We arrange the time of collection when you order.  And there is no collection fee!!!

Personally, I prefer them freshly made. My partner, though, likes to eat them next day – when “the taste is settled”. Generally, you can eat them up to 3 days after they had been baked. This is because we do not use any preservatives or artificial ingredients so they don't last as long as mass-produced cakes.

You can hire a stand for £30.00. A deposit of £50.00 is required which is fully refundable provided you return it safe and sound.
